The Sanders Trust Completes Development of $30 Million Rehabilitation Hospital

Birmingham, Ala. – The Sanders Trust, one of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate investment and development companies, is pleased to announce the recent completion of the Clear Sky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lecanto located in Lecanto, Florida.

The Sanders Trust was selected as the developer of the $30 Million, 42,000-square-foot rehabilitation hospital, which will include 36 inpatient rehabilitation beds. The hospital features all private rooms, a rehabilitative gym with specialized equipment, a dining room with a dedicated chef and food service staff, and an activity of daily living space to allow patients to receive therapy treatments in rooms that emulate home conditions.

This state-of-the-art facility offers advanced, evidence-based treatments using specialized equipment in their rehabilitative gym to provide patients with a successful recovery and quick return home. The hospital’s highly trained team is dedicated to healing and transforming the lives of individuals living with disabling injuries or illnesses while offering specialized services such as their comprehensive stroke rehabilitation program.
