Mr. Brandt provides the Company independent legal counsel regarding corporate and real estate matters and is a Senior Partner in the firm of Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt, LLC. His practice encompasses commercial and corporate law, with a concentration in real estate acquisition and development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama, where he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. Mr. Brandt also served as the Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a Hugo L. Black Scholar. Mr. Brandt has represented The Sanders Trust for more than a decade.
