Ms. Albright has more than 25 years experience in corporate accounting and strategic financial leadership. As CFO of The Sanders Trust, her focus includes Accounting, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Cash Management, Business Development and Investor Relations.
Previously, Ms. Albright served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Equity Resources, a multifamily real estate investment company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. Her responsibilities included overseeing the property accounting function, daily cash management, investor relations, and financial analysis related to the company’s existing assets and acquisition efforts.
Previously, Ms. Albright served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Equity Resources, a multifamily real estate investment company headquartered in Birmingham, AL. Her responsibilities included overseeing the property accounting function, daily cash management, investor relations, and financial analysis related to the company’s existing assets and acquisition efforts.
During her time at Equity Resources, Ms. Albright was instrumental in the financial assessment management of over $300 million in multi-family real estate transactions. Her experience includes the administration of internal control and property accounting for over 1,500 multi-family units spanning six states.
Prior to joining Equity Resources, Donna enjoyed a 20-year tenure in various management and director positions within the corporate finance department at BellSouth/AT&T. Her responsibilities included the management of external financial reporting to shareholders, financial markets, and the SEC. In addition, she served as Director of Asset Management, tracking the company’s $4 billion of network properties. Ms. Albright also held the positions of CFO of the Bellsouth/Cox Enterprises joint venture and Controller of The Real Yellow Pages division. Ms. Albright holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama. Ms. Albright is a Certified Public Accountant.
