Director of Development
Thomas Henry serves as Director of Development for The Sanders Trust. His role at the Company includes investment property acquisitions, dispositions, working on the entitlement process for active development projects, as well as generating and coordinating new healthcare projects. He has considerable experience working on entitlement matters and the consolidation of adjoining land parcels in metropolitan areas.
Before joining The Sanders Trust, Thomas worked with Birmingham-based Harbert Realty Services in underwriting various real estate projects across the Southeast and previously worked with Brasfield and Gorrie General Contractors in Charleston, SC. While at Brasfield and Gorrie, Thomas was involved in daily operations and management of subcontractor relationships.
Mr. Henry holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Economics and Real Estate from The University of Southern Maine. While at USM, he was on a golf scholarship and served as co-captain of team.
