Expansion Project Completion At Tulsa, Oklahoma Rehabilitation Hospital 

Birmingham, Ala. JUNE 8, 2020 – The Sanders Trust, one of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate investment companies, announces the completion of an expansion project at PAM (Post Acute Medical) Rehabilitation Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which the firm acquired in July 2018.

Built in 2017, PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa originally provided 40 private patient rooms. The 8,100 SF addition has added another 13 beds, creating a 53-bed facility. TST has invested close to $30 Million in the property including the initial acquisition and expansion. The hospital offers the latest state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology with programs focusing on stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and patients with multiple traumas.

With over 34 locations throughout the country, Post Acute Medical is a national operator of specialty and rehabilitation hospitals focused on providing high quality post-acute care in the most efficient and cost-effective setting.  

The Sanders Trust worked with E4h Architects of Dallas and Skiles Group served as general contractor for the expansion project.
