Mrs. Weatherly joined The Sanders Trust in 2008. As Director of Accounting, she is responsible for managing the company's Property Accounting processes related to General Ledger financial reporting, Cash Management, Job Cost reporting, and Property Management. She maintains the company's accounting software in order to ensure accurate records and reporting. She coordinates the work relating to audits of the company's financials and the filing of Federal and State Income Tax returns.
Mrs. Weatherly has over 20 years’ experience in the accounting field, serving both Public Accounting firms and the Private Sector. During her tenure in Public Accounting, she managed the daily operations of CPA firms and their employees, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. She facilitated the opening of a second location, hired and trained employees, and in only a few months established a dependable customer base. She coordinated team efforts between the two offices for the highest level of productivity and retention, while managing up to 18 employees. In the Private Sector, Mrs. Weatherly served as Office and General Manager. Her responsibilities included all accounting duties, the production of senior level management reporting, partner equity reporting, bank compliance reporting, fixed assets schedules, and the compilation of annual audit and tax filings.
