As Vice President of Asset Management, Ms. Griffin’s concentration is on the unique real estate requirements of the medical community. She works closely with hospital executive teams to ensure that the medical office buildings serve them with the desired mix of physician specialties, while working through the delicate balance of physician practice needs as they upgrade their office to a well-located, patient-friendly, medical property.
Additionally, she carefully evaluates the strategic positioning of each of The Sanders Trust’s properties, ensuring that it is consistent with our healthcare providers’ mission and plans.
Ms. Griffin’s career spans more than 27 years of real estate experience. She has enjoyed working with sophisticated market leaders, such as Carter & Associates and Hines Interest, prominent global real estate concerns known for developing, operating and maintaining value of high end properties.
She has also acquired extensive involvement with foreign investors, large real estate funds and portfolios with customized objectives. Whether serving the broad scope of Fortune 500 clientele or the requisites of specific market segment users, Griffin’s attention to the highest and best use for each property, ensures that the occupants, investors, and market it serves all benefit. Griffin holds a Bachelors Degree, the Certified Property Manager designation, and has served on the Boards of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Alabama and Florida.
