M. SANDERS Mr. Sanders directs investment policy and decisions related thereto, while overseeing the implementation of the companys strategy. He is an Attorney with extensive healthcare experience in tax, equity and debt participations, and real property law. He has served as faculty member for VHA, Inc., American Hospital Engineering (ASHE), and Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA). Mr. Sanders is also a published expert on integrated provider campus configurations in BOMAs trade magazine, Skyline. He is a former Board Member of Business Council of Alabama, and of Jefferson Title Corporation the states largest title insurance company. In addition to his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Mr. Sanders graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a member of the International Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma. |

BART
STARR Vice Chairman Football legend, Bart Starr, has focused much of his last 18 years on healthcare real estate. He works closely with Mr. Sanders in cultivating development and acquisition opportunities nationwide, while establishing corporate strategy. Most recently, as Chairman of Healthcare Realty Services, successor to Starr Sanders Properties, his company developed more than 25 medical facilities in excess of $500 million in value and Mr. Starr oversaw property management services to buildings of 6.8 million square feet nationwide. From 1956 through 1971, he was quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, leading the team to five world championships. In 1977, he was inducted into the Professional Football Hall of Fame. From 1975 through 1983, he was Head Coach and General Manager of the Packers. |

DAVID
M. BAYLOT Mr. Baylot is an accomplished real estate professional with particularly strong credentials in the development and management of complex real estate investments. He manages the Company's acquisition and development activities, including feasibility, finance, design and construction management. His experience includes over 20 years in development and finance, including senior positions at Starr Sanders and HRS. Mr. Baylot holds a Masters of Business Administration degree, as well as a Texas and Alabama Real Estate Brokers licenses. |

LIEUTENANT
COLONEL J. BRUCE BRIGHT, USMC (Ret)., CCIM Lieutenant Colonel Bright brings 28 years of leadership experience to The Sanders Trust. The Colonel is the company's Ambassador, tasked with building strong client relationships nationally. His service includes four years as a Marine Infantryman and 24 years as a Marine F/A-18 Fighter Pilot. In addition to his Master of Strategic Studies from the Air War College, Colonel Bright holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He completed Naval Flight Training and was awarded his Wings Of Gold in 1988, and was selected for the Leadership Award from the Basic School in Quantico, Virginia. Colonel Bright holds the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment Real Estate. |

LEON SANDERS Mr. Sanders advises the Company with regard to legal activities and provides counsel relating to investment policy and growth. He is a prominent Real Estate Attorney with over 40 years experience in all aspects of Property Law. He is also Founder and Chairman of Alabamas largest title insurance company, Jefferson Title Corporation. Mr. Sanders is a former Professor of Real Property Law, a past president of Dixie Land title Association and former Title Person of the Year and is a member of the Alabama State Bar. |

MICHAEL
J. BRANDT Mr. Brandt provides the Company independent legal counsel regarding corporate and real estate matters and is a Senior Partner in the firm of Wallace, Jordan, Ratliff & Brandt, LLC. His practice encompasses commercial and corporate law, with a concentration in real estate acquisition and development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Alabama, where he was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif. Mr. Brandt also served as the Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was a Hugo L. Black Scholar. |

STEVEN
A. CHRISTIAN, CPA Mr. Christian provides the Company with independent financial consulting services and is a Senior Partner and President of the accounting firm Christian & Denaburg, PC. Previously, Mr. Christian was a Senior Tax Accountant with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young). His practice is concentrated in the Real Estate industry. A member of Beta Gamma Sigma, he graduated in three years with honors in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Mr. Christian has been an instructor for the AICPA on real estate taxation and is a member of the AICPA and the Alabama Society of CPAs |
