Rance M. Sanders President and CEO |
Mr. Sanders directs investment policy and decisions related thereto, while overseeing the implementation of the company’s strategy. He is an Attorney with extensive experience in Finance and real property law. Since 1989 he has developed or acquired nearly $500,000,000 of medical properties.
He has served as faculty member for VHA, Inc., American Hospital Engineering (ASHE), and Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA). Mr. Sanders is also a published expert on healthcare real estate strategies in BOMA’s trade magazine, Skyline.
He is a Board Member and substantial shareholder of Jefferson Title Corporation, the state’s largest title insurance company, and a former Board Member of The Business Council of Alabama. In addition to his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Mr. Sanders graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was a member of the International Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma, all at The University of Alabama. |

As an ardent supporter of his alma mater, Rance and Angie Sanders established in 2007 The Rance M. Sanders Endowed Scholarship to promote the education of students in the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration at The University of Alabama. Priority is given to juniors, seniors, and master’s students who are concentrating in the field of real estate, and possess a minimum 3.0 grade point on a 4.0 scale. |

On October 23, 2008, Rance M. Sanders was a guest speaker of The Robert E. and Charlotte Lowder Endowed Executive Professor Program. The Program brings to The University of Alabama nationally prominent individuals of exemplary accomplishment to share their experience and insights with students and faculty. |
